Jennifer and Richard: Our Story
We founded Green Country Media in 2016 with a clear vision: to create a company that puts people first in a world where too many are taken advantage of.
We saw good people (small business owners, tribal communities, nonprofits) paying too much for websites that didn't work, or investing in technology that didn't truly serve them. We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it ourselves.
From the heart of Oklahoma, home of the OU Sooners and the NBA Thunder, we started as a small team with a big purpose: to bring honest, impactful, human-centered technology to those who need it most.
Today, we've grown into one of Oklahoma's premier digital agencies, serving everyone from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies. But no matter how far we've come, we've never lost sight of where we started or why we started.

Founder & CEO
Jennifer Chance is a seasoned professional and dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and technology. As the CEO of GCM, she brings deep expertise in data integrity, compliance, and operational strategy to support the growth and empowerment of businesses on a day to day basis.
A Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), and Certified Professional Coder – Instructor (CPC-I), Jennifer has a proven track record of translating complex systems into meaningful, measurable results. Her background in Google Data Analytics and degrees from Tulsa Community College and Northeastern State University further enhance her ability to lead with both precision and innovation.
At GCM, Jennifer applies her leadership and educational mindset to build systems that are not only efficient but also culturally responsive. As a wife, mother, and advocate for balance and purpose, she understands that behind every business is a story, and behind every story is a legacy worth preserving and advancing.
Richard Chance
CTO & Development wizard
Richard is a proud enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation with over a decade of experience in the technology sector, specializing in mobile app development. His work spans from supporting local mom-and-pop businesses to collaborating with Fortune 100 and 500 companies across industries such as finance, transportation, education, and energy, helping them design, launch, and manage innovative mobile applications.
An entrepreneur at heart and a natural leader, Richard has served as Co-Founder and CTO of several successful startups. He's an expert in cross-platform mobile development, with deep experience using frameworks like Flutter and React Native, and backend tools such as Firebase, Supabase, and AWS Amplify.
Beyond building software, Richard is committed to using technology as a tool for access and empowerment. He believes in creating opportunities for those traditionally left out of the tech conversation and is driven by the idea that great tech should uplift communities and create real-world change.
